Quorum is a full-service health care research and consulting company providing expert services to the medical technology and provider industries.

We assist pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and clinical laboratory companies in the development and delivery of products and services to key client segments including patients, providers, and third-party payers.

Quorum was founded by Kuo Tong in 1996 and incorporated in 2000. Prior to founding Quorum, Mr. Tong spent seven years at Covance Health Economics and Outcomes Services (formerly known as Health Technology Associates and Corning HTA).

Since its inception, Quorum has grown gradually in number of consultants and gross revenues. We seek to continue to diversify our client base and promote business growth while also providing employees with a rewarding work environment.
